Terms of Service

Effective July 2026

These terms cover buying tickets and food at City Cinema, online and at the counter. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask at the box office and we will explain it in plain language.

Tickets and refunds

A booking covers all of its seats together. Refunds are per booking, every seat in it, not individual ones, and are issued at the box-office counter any time before the showtime begins. Once the show has started, tickets are non-refundable.

Cash pickup

A cash-pickup reservation holds your seats for 2 hours. Pay at the counter within that window; when it passes, the hold expires and the seats return to sale.

Admission

One QR code admits your whole party in a single scan, so arrive together and keep the code private. Age ratings are enforced at the door. Bring ID for rated films. Re-entry during a show is handled with numbered cards from the usher.

In the auditorium

Recording any part of a screening is prohibited. Management may refuse or revoke admission where behavior disturbs other guests; in that case the booking is refunded in full.
