What City Cinema keeps about you — and what it never keeps. This page applies to the website, the mobile app, and the box office.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, and booking history — the minimum needed to sell you a ticket and let you collect it. We do not buy data about you and we do not sell data to anyone.
Card data
We never see or store card numbers. Payment runs inside the payment provider's own secure page; our records keep only a payment reference and the last four digits, for receipts.
How we use it
Booking confirmations and pickup codes by SMS or WhatsApp, and service messages about your showtime — a cancelled screening, a changed time. Marketing only ever with your consent.
Retention and your rights
Sales records are kept for accounting and audit. You can ask the box office to disable your account at any time; we stop using your details, though past sales records remain, as the law requires.
